I canceled my membership but I still was recharged the following month. Their phone reps are indeed low life garbage with an attitude comparable to someone who has just gone through an anal cavity search.

They insisted that I had not yet canceled the membership and demanded that I email them proof. HOW THE HECK CAN YOU EMAIL A PHONE CONVERSATION!

Beware to all: You will get absolutely no where with them in the event of a problem. They will yell that you are wrong and demand that you pay after they throw the bill in your face. You can read some of the replies they have posted on this site; they are very closed minded, intellectually challenged, and always deny any wrongdoing on they part.

I never signed up or ordered anything but have been charged a total of $433. I called and was told it was from mycams.com when I asked what that was I was told it was a website for chatting using a web cam.

I don't own a web cam. So far I am supposed to get $240. back the rest came from an international business. My bank alerted me by cancelling my debit card.

I withdrew $100.

cash and 3 hours later my card kept being declined. I had to order another card, go over everything with my bank, fill out fraud paperwork, etc...

Hi, I'm not gonna lie but I do watch *** every now and then (who doesn't) and sometimes ill come across a girl online who says I can watch their cam for free if I vote for them. They also say I.can use their card for free so I don't have to pay.

The first time I.tried it and the card the last gave me was denied then she gave me another card. That one wss cancelled, then she gave me 2 more cards to use. And all didn't work. I asked her y she had so many cards and she said they all belonged to.her.

which I didn't believe. One het last card went through I had to.go through ccbilling and wha la. Ccbilling is behind the whole thing. All wer cards that belonged to someone else.

Good thing they didn't work. i assumed the owners cancelled them. And that's y everyone is probably getting charged on their accounts. If I.would have known before hand they wer stolen I would have reported her.

My advice is stay away from *** sites or any site where I see ccbilling or any other billing thing that doesn't look familiar.

I had to cancel my card because I was being charged also. What a hassle to get a new card.

My only contact with ccbill was extremely negative. I ordered AcaiBerrySelect online, paying the nominal shipping charges with credit card; about 2 weeks afterward, I called to cancel, and was told my credit card was charged $79.00 to enroll in autoship!!

The regular cost of the bottle I received was only $29.95 - what a ripoff!. And the guy told me sarcastically, "complain to anyone you want," there's no guarantees nor refunds!

So we're back to "Buyer Beware." I thought that had been outlawed! 'Lowlife ***' about sums it up!

I was looking into using CCBILL, but I believe the complaints of a low quality staff.

Here are the employees of CCBILL; whose job it is to search for online complaints then defend and restore credibility; and they can't even spell.

Great damage control.

A red flag for certain.

YES, you are correct. We do indeed cheat people out of their money. We are supposed to send proof that you canceled, but hey... it's much more beneficial if we don't 'cause that will make the company more money and put me in good standing. Think about it, what company wants employees that give away refunds all the time???

Yup, I also get to take out my frustrations about having a small *** by screaming at you when you complain.

OHHHH, BUT WHATEVER YOU DO PLEASE DON'T REPORT US TO YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY!!! They might force a refund and that's real bad for me. :cry

Our company offers a 24-hour call center, email and website support options. If a customer fails to read the terms of a purchase, does not cancel at least 24-hours before their re-bill date, or contacts the wrong company (e.g.

the website providing content versus the billing processor), we will do our best to assist but are not responsible for such errors.

We are just doing our jobs, to the best of our abilities. We take a lot of abuse, but in the end we also understand the customer's frustration.

When you call in to cancel a subscription, the agent not only cancels the subscription, but also notes the acct that you called to cancel&the reason why. Also, if you did cancel like you say you did, you would have have received an email confirming the cancel because our system automatically sends one to you liste email address when the acct is cancelled. ***

i work for CCBill and I am not an ***. Don't be such a cry baby,

Guest

No, not just def and blind but *** as well. That explains why you ccbill reps are such loud mouth retards!

You mostly handle internet **** accounts and spend all day beating off. You jerks need to stop jerking!!!

Guest

The company is 100% correct. You have no proof what so ever that you canciled. Your problem.

You do know that they have to offer a way to cancil you membership online right? And the fun thing is you get a mail confirmation of the completed process.

Your fault.

OH and studies have shown that looking at internet *** will make you go def and blind. I'de stop doing that if I were you.
