1. Written by Ray, on 11-03-2010 15:02 You bought a membership, then tried to disavow the charge three days later, after enjoying it for three days? And now you're complaining that you didn't get your money back from the payment processor after having already used the service? Secondly, that "no merchant ID number" thing is BS. Visa and MasterCard are VERY MUCH aware of CCBill. They charge CCBill $750 for every new site they sign up - which is hundreds of thousands of them. It's called an IPSP and it's not at all illegal.

3. Written by Employee, on 08-02-2010 01:50 Of course, CCBill has no merchant account number. That's why Visa and Mastercard allow us to do business with them! Every single one of you is an idiot except my fellow employee.

5. Written by CCbill is evil they were so ru, on 29-10-2009 07:43 this company is horrible and every single person I talked to on the phone was very unprofessional and just rude. I signed up for a membership but the passwords they sent didnt work so i emailed the website a few times then called ccbill and tryied to get them to fix it and try tried and it still didn't work. so i asked for a working password or my money back and they said sorry we cant do that. i will never use ccbill again for anything i'm telling all my friends and everyone I know to never use them as well

Written by i dunno, on 15-10-2009 03:00 I dunno i gave ccbill my information and they only charged what i asked, but i must say their customer care number is only answered by jerks who sound like a bunch of potheads with phones. | 7. Written by CCBill Employee, on 23-08-2009 22:41 I'm so very glad that the webmaster in question left. He's obviously not bright enough to understand the way things work. For example, his basic premise is contradictory. CCBill has no merchant account, yet we somehow manage to aggregate multiple merchants under a merchant account that we have already (according to the webmaster) been established as not having. (Think about that one for a moment folks.) However... Moving on to the main complaint; If you want to know specific information like a merchant id, then perhaps you should contact a department that might actually know it. Neither consumer support or client support have this information. You're talking to people that are specialists in what they do, not specialists in the ins/outs of merchant accounts and things of that nature. We help you when you can't log into the web site that you signed up to. We don't help you take out personal loans, become your financial advisor, or even have access to information regarding the company's merchant id. |
8. Written by Ilan Kaplan, on 15-08-2009 12:58 I Used CC bill on my website and I can confirm that they have no merchant account and use an illegal and dangerous technique called aggregation of multiple merchants under on merchant account. On top of that we were regularly missing transaction in our back office ans so they have scammed hundreds of transactions from us. We have contracted a real merchant account from another provider and have cut off our relationship with CCBill.
