ccbill.com has no merchant id number!

On 5-3-08 i got a trial membership my card was billed $39.95 it was a pending charge on my card. On 5-06-08 i cancelled my subscription and contacted ccbill.com to release their authorization of my $39.95 and they told my bank and i that they had no merchant id number, no internet based company has no right to be running consumers credit cards without a merchant id number. To everyone here that has used your credit card and have not gotten a release of your funds contact www.ic3.gov to file a complaint.
